Temple of tooth

            Temple of tooth is a world famous place in Sri Lanka. It is situated in Kandy. Last year I went there with my friends. It was one of my friend's birthday. So we didn't have any party and we went to pray  temple of tooth.

Before we went to the temple of tooth, we walked around the kandy lake. It is very beautiful. There were too many fishes in the lake. We put some foods to the fishes. They came up to the water and ate them quickly. There were many trees around the lake and the air was cold and fine. It is a calm and very attractive place.

After spending  time in the lake round, we went to the temple of tooth. We bought some flower to offer. There was a little water of flower to wash hands and foots before we get in to the main offer hall. We washed our hands and got in there. We offered the flowers and sang gatha. That place was very silence and It calmed our minds. 

After that we went to the temple's museum. There were old kings'  cloths and the things they used. As well as the things we had from the other countries. Temple of tooth is a ancient place and valuable place to our country. I think It is a great place to release our mind from the lot of out problems. Because It is a calm place and when we reminds our lord buddha, it helps to realise about our lives and we can clean our minds.
